Chanticleer, introduced in the 1930s, is based on a similar Herend pattern owned by Belgian royalty. The colorful roosters are available in four different motifs.

• Hand painted in 24k gold
• Hand washing in mild detergent is recommended. Avoid abrasives and lemon-based soaps.
• If a dishwasher is used:
  • Avoid overloading to eliminate potential for chipping
  • Avoid lemon-based dishwashing liquids and abrasive powders
  • Lower temperature settings are best
  • Cool at the end of the drying cycle before removing items
• Never microwave an item with gold or platinum trim
